    This symptom appears to be common with units with an "interruptor cup and rpm sensor." As far as I can tell the older Genie Pro 88 does not have one. It appears to sense motor rotation at the rear of the motor with a coil pickup. So...I hit the start button, the drive travels about 6", stops, then reverses back to home. Any ideas on this one?
