Genie Opener does not work

Genie Garage Door Opener, Mach Force, Model 4063 installed 2018. AC screw drive. Double Cars garage. Northern California.

Suddenly stop working. Press wall console, nothing. Press remote control, nothing.

AC power looks OK. Power head Lights OK. Safety Sensor green and red lights OK.  Wall Console lights OK. This is what the power head two red LED light looks like. Press these buttons, nothing happens.

Is there fuse inside the power head unit?

Problem solved.
When  both status LED (large long and small round) lights are solid red.
That means needed to reprogram garage door travel stop at open and close position.
Use the triangle button to move the door to open, then release.
Use the triangle button to move the door to close, then releae.

We end up chat to a nobody, so called expert of small engine. Know nothing about Genie Garage Door Opener programming.
They charged my credit card three time $45, $8, $5
