Marantec MAC Lift Elite 2007 wont stop at travel limits

I had a power outage the other day. Ever since my garage door won't stop at the programmed travel limits (up or down).
All other functions seem to work just fine.
Reprogrammed travel limits several times but no change.
Unplugged it for an hour, hoping to reset the electronics - not change.
Does the system have a reboot option?
Any suggestions on this issue?

It sounds like maybe the limit "dog" (or piece) that attaches to the chain (or belt)and activates the limit switch (telling the opener to stop) may have come off. Or the limit switch itself is no longer working properly.

There is not limit "dog" present. I looked through the manual and the installation instructions. Nor reference to something like this.
The limits are programmed through the programming mode.

If you have Mac-Lift manual you can see the limit on the belt on page 25. There's a small gray square on the picture of the belt (under the number 11)...that is the limit. On page 26 look at Number 4 (part #8054389)...Marantec calls it a Reference Switch which is the Limit Switch. If you don't have a manual you can go to www.marantecamerica.com to see or print one.
