I have a green light on the one eye but can't seem to get the red light to come when I adjust them. Any insights?

I generally unhook them and use a short piece of wire to hook them at the back of the machine to test whether or not you have bad wiring. if they dont work right at the machine, then its the eyes. The green light should always be lit, and the red eye should blink when there's an obstruction or misalignment.
