My lift master garage door opener stopped working. The hardwired wall opener works and so does my MyQ app. Thankfully, the WiFi is ok now. We tend to get intermittent outages during storms. I changed the battery, nothing. I tried to reprogram using learn on wall hardwired opener, nothing. I called tech support, nice gal. She had me try to use the learn button on the Chamberlain opener itself (got on ladder and followed her instructions).. nothing. Since my roommate is at work with the other remote, I can’t try hers. Tech support said that if her opener works (she said that I may need to reprogram hers), then it’s likely that my remote is bad, but if hers doesn’t work, then the logic board may be bad. Obviously, we’ll test when she gets home, but my question is this.. can the logic board be bad if the MyQ app still works?
