The swage fitting on my lift cable where it attaches to the chain catches on the trolley. It appears that the cable may be upside down so that the bitter end of the cable is on the inside of the assembly near the trolley instead of the outside. An alternative might be to get a cover for the swage that would let it slide over the trolley instead of catching on the trolley. Any ideas? Might the cable tension need adjustment?
