Hello together,
my 4 y/o Liftmaster 7511 door opener doesn't close anymore, it's still opening and moving upwards to the final top position but it doesn't close anymore.
- I tried it without the weight of the door and it's still not closing
- The sensors are light up (amber and green) and are detecting an object (at least the green light turns off)
- The chain is moving freely and its not jammed
Has anyone any idea what it can be? Should the opener close if no sensor is connected ( to disqualify bad sensors)?
Is the 7511 able to show any error codes?
Would be great if someone had already solved a similar problem and can give me some advice.
