I have watched everyvideo on youtube there is lol.  wound and rewould the spring, set the cable tension, everything I can think of.  the cables keep coming off.  it is something I am doing wrong of course.  I bought a new spring and this is happening now. the old left side YELLOW SPRING BROKE AND I bought a new left broke and I bought a new left red srpring. The only thing I can think of is I am winding it in the wrong direction. ????? When I put tension on it, the winding tool it loaded up and pressing up against the garage door and NOT the ceiling... is this correct?
