    Motor is not turning! Empty Motor is not turning!

    Hi all,
    I’m new here!.
    I’m having a little trouble starting the linear actuator after opening the metal housing and when I pressed the open button I can hear the motor humming, but no turning....
    The Linear Actuator brand: Movel Automation.
