I do hope someone can point me in the right direction, this door will open with the remote until it reaches the floor whence it reverses immediately, then cannot be operated again because the light is on and have to wait for it to go out, say 5 minutes, when it will do the same thing again when operated. If I have not provided enough information please excuse my ignorance I have adjust the up and down adjustments with no effect. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
