Door stays open about an inch.

I just installed a chamberlain c2212t and everything works great except that when the door closes, it stay open about an inch. I can not make it go any lower with the height adjustment buttons in the back of the motor. I suspect that I may need to raise the door bracket for the hook arm or may be lower the header bracket a bit. I installed everything as the instructions said. Has anyone encountered this issue?

Looks like you need to lengthen the "J" arm and reset your limits.
