Hello, I have a Genie H4000-07 that won't open via remote. The remote LED lights up but I replaced the battery in the original remote. I pressed the Program/Learn button on the power head unit and pressed the remote button twice (per the insturtions), Still won't open. I bought a replacement Genie remote with new battery. Did the programming on the remote as well, up but still won't open. The wired button on the wall works fine. So I know the power head unit works fine.
Is there a receiver board in the unit that is bad or is there some other issue you can point me to.
